When Aaron Judge, Shohei and Kyle Schwarber are in the groove, then the chances of them homering on the same day are high. Yesterday was one of those days and hopefully the beginning of a home run streak for all three.
I selected the trio and added a Juan Soto stat slice for a pick 4.
Stat slices are supposed to be all but automatic, and Soto completed the one hit challenge yesterday but also injured himself on the play.
So it was fortunate that the stat slice paid off.
Ohtani got his game going with his first homer of the year and Schwarber joined his teammates in having a slug fest in Colorado while the Yankees had a fish fry at home with the Marlins which included a Judge home run.
As a result I turned a buck into $21.97 and was excited to have picked three home run hitters correctly, however the ultimate goal is to pick a Perfect 8 of all homers. Maybe one day.
