Today on Slab’em and Sell’ em I’m featuring a 2020 Topps Opening Day Nico Hoerner Chicago Cubs rookie card.
The card garnered a 9.5 Gem Mint from Beckett. Currently it is one of eight graded by Beckett and one of six with the 9.5 Gem Mint ranking.
Cubs fans this one is for you.
Hoerner has seven years under his belt and two gold gloves, all with the Cubs.
My price guide puts this card in the $60 range.
Yes I know the market doesn’t agree and neither do the flippers.
But if you are a Cubs fan, there are only six of these currently graded 9.5 Gem Mint by Beckett and there is a good chance that a Cubs fan or a Nico fan would want one of those six to keep and not to flip.
