Bidding farewell to the NFL players leaving the fantasy field in 2025




The 2025 NFL season is half over and I have yet to bid farewell to those who retired and are not part of my fantasy football stats this year.


First up is quarterback Derek Carr. He was ranked 45th on my fantasy player list with 1,175 points in 73 games for a 16.09 fantasy point average. He played for the Raiders and Saints.


• Longtime Dallas Cowboy running back Ezekiel Elliot left the show. He was in 83rd place on my list, scoring 1,819 points in 133 games for a 13.67 avg. Elliot was on my 171.26 winning team.


• Wide receiver Julio Jones announced his retirement this year. He was ranked in 105th place with 1,104 points earned in 92 weeks for a 12 fantasy point average.


• Longtime Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is done. He leaves my list in 122nd place with 1,177 points in 106 weeks for 11.10 fantasy average.


• Wide receiver Mike Williams leaves the game in 166th place. He was on my team 61 times and scored 578 points for a 9.47 fantasy point average


• Longtime Green Bay Packer kicker Mason Crosby has left the game in 214th place. He scored 605 points in  76 weeks for a 7.96 fantasy point average


• Running back Latavius Murray hung up the cleats. He was ranked 224th on my list. He scored 517 fantasy points in 67 games or a 7.71 fantasy point average.


• Tight end Jimmy Graham left the game in  237th place on my fantasy list. He was a member of my winning 171.26 point lineup. He was on my team 106 times, scored 782 points and finished with a 7.37 fantasy point average.


• Running back Ty Montgomery leaves the game in 322nd place on my list. He played on my team 29 times, scored 147 points for a 5.06 fantasy point average.


• Tight end Hayden Hurst leaves the game 326th place. He was on my team  17 times, scored 82 fantasy points  for a 4.82 fantasy point average.


• Running back Matt Breida is done with the game. He was on my roster 51 times, scored 218 points for a 4.27 fantasy point average. He leaves in 333rd place.
