Today I picked another successful DraftKings Pick 6 MLB lineup.
The feat is more difficult than I thought, but finally I conquered it.
Boston Red Sox’s Alex Bergman was the first choice to turn a circle green. Bergman managed a run and hit to do so.
New York Yankee Jazz Chisholm came through with a hit to color his circle green. Chisholm had walked and scored earlier and I was thinking I had chosen the wrong selection for him. His teammate Aaron Judge managed two hits and a run to turn the circle green. He has failed me lately on home run picks, but he is still hitting singles.
Cincinnati Red Noelvi Matte came through with three hits and turned his circle green while Chicago White Sox Miguel Vargas turned his circle green for the second day in a row with a hit and a run.
The final feat to complete the Pick 6 was Los Angeles Dodger Teoscar Hernandez, who belted his 200th career home run and secured the Pick 6 victory.
I scored five out of six on a second Pick 6 lineup as my Atlanta Brave Matt Olson did me in for the second day in a row.
My other players, Adam Frazier of the Pittsburgh Pirates, nailed a hit, while Freddie Freeman and Shohei Ohtani turned their circles green with hits. Hernandez’ homer was another component of this lineup and Braves’ Spencer Schwellenbach struck out less than five.
To complete the Pick 6, Olson needed a total of two hits, runs and or RBIs. But the Arizona Diamondbacks made sure he did not meet the requirement and my potential $95 win was reduced to $7.92.
The day before Olson failed to homer which would have successfully completed a PICK 6 lineup of Bregman, Luis Castillo, Michael Harris, Francisco Lindor and Marte. My lesson learned is do not pick Olson on a Pick 6 lineup.
