Michael Tucker and Leo Gomez, TTM Success

Buddhasherbs
Through the mail autographs arrived this week from former Atlanta Brave Michael Tucker and former Baltimore Oriole Leo Gomez.
Both requests were honored after a 36 day wait.
It was my second request sent and received from Tucker. I desired his signature his on a Braves card and not just a Royal card.
Both players have a near perfect TTM success rate.

Some TTM Failures

Hope may be lost on some TTM request I entrusted to the United States Postal Service nearly two years ago.

Retired NFL player Antoine Winfield is also on my no response list.
I mailed Winfield on Oct. 22, 2012, after some reported success.
Since that time, no more success has been recorded for him.

I also mailed former NBA player Darrell Walker on Oct. 22, 2012.
No success to report there either. There is success recorded for him, so maybe my card got lost in the mail.

I kicked 2013 off with a TTM request sent to former MLB pitcher Ron Robinson.
He must have honored his last TTM request on Christmas 2012 because no success since recorded.

On Jan. 29, 2013, I mailed a request to former catcher Paul Sorrento after seeing perfect success recorded for the former Atlanta Brave.
Unfortunately, like the others, this card has not returned.

Current Atlanta Braves closer Craig Kimbrel seems to sign some but not all.
I took a chance on Feb. 11, 2013 and the card is still gone.

Former pitcher Dennis Boyd is also on my failure list.
I mailed Boyd on Feb. 11, 2013 after seeing a near perfect response rate for Boyd.
No luck for me as of yet.

Curt Ford and Greg W. Harris Respond to TTM Request

This week autographs from former St. Louis Cardinal Curt Ford and former San Diego Padre Greg W. Harris arrived in the mail box.
Ford charges $3 for his autograph and took a short 11 days to respond to my request.
In addition to the Cardinals, Ford played for the Philadelphia Phillies.
In 2010, he took over for former Cardinal Jack Clark as the manager of the Springfield Sliders.
There was confusion in obtaining Harris’ autograph.
Once upon a time there was Greg Allen Harris who also was a pitcher for the San Diego Padres.
I mailed my Greg W. Harris card to Greg A. Harris.
The card was returned with a note scribbled on the envelope.
After visiting http://www.sportscardforum.com/forum.php?referrerid=72224  I got the correct address and had the correct autograph in a short 27 days.

Ricky Jordan, Don Kessinger, Dave Dravecky, and Rick Cerone are the latest additions to my through the mail autograph collection.
It is my second Ricky Jordan autograph obtained as I was considering trying to sell it to raise money for Lymphangioleiomyomatosis research.
Every dollar helps, but after looking at Ebay, its obivious everyone has one.
Kessinger responded to my request in 106 days.
He played for the Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Chicago White Sox.
In 1979 he managed the White Sox.
Cerone responded in a short nine days.
Cerone was a catcher for the Cleveland Indians, Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, Milwaikee Brewers, Boston Red Sox, New York Mets, and the Montreal Expos.
He recently made headlines when he called Robinson Cano ‘a fool for leaving the Yankees.”
