Dak lacks the knack to lead the pack to a DraftKings perfect 8

My quest for a perfect Pick 8 DraftKings continues as Dak Prescott spoiled the bid on Sunday.

Prescott failed to complete over 284.5 yards falling 23.5 yards shy of the goal and reducing my win from $80 to $3.

My other picks which included Arizona’s back up QB Jacoby Brissett met their goals. Brissett not only met his 263.5 yard passing goal but he went over 300 yards finishing with 320 yards total.

Dak didn’t do that.

Derek Henry rushed for 122 yards to surpass the 116 goal.

Justin Herbert recovered from a sad first half to finish with 264 passing yards and surpass the 245.5 goal.

Daniel Jones threw for 212 yards and not meeting the 233.5 yard goal, which was a win for me as I chose less instead of more.

Spencer Rattler also failed to meet the 254.5 goal and only passed for 227 yards, another win for me as again I chose less.

Jaxson Smith-Njigba barely surpassed his 161.5 target with a 162 receiving yards and Bryce Young had a less than 200 yards passing day, failing to meet the 237.5 goal, which was a win for me as I chose less. The less than 200 yards passing was also a win for the Carolina Panthers as they beat Dak and the Cowboys 30-27 on the last play of the game with a field goal.

Now back to the quest of a perfect lineup.
