I sent two cards to Boskie and received a third card, a Bible card.
The card features a picture of Boskie on the mound.
He signed the card and referenced Colossians 3:17, which reads, “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
The back of the card features Boskie telling the story of how he accepted the Lord.
Boskie played for the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Mariners, California Angels, Baltimore Orioles, and the Montreal Expos.
Today, Boskie is the vice president for institutional advancement at Arizona Christian University.
